B.I.G. Dumpster Valet was built on experience, family, and a deep understanding of what apartment communities actually need.

Founder Isaac Senecal first entered the valet trash industry in 2005, at a time when the service was still new in the Carolinas. Back then, valet trash wasn’t widely understood or widely adopted, which meant selling the concept just as much as the service itself. Despite those challenges, the business grew successfully and was ultimately sold to a national competitor in 2011.

After stepping away from valet trash for several years, Isaac and his wife Brooke returned to the waste industry through roll-off dumpsters and junk removal. That hands-on experience is what led them back to valet trash, but with a different approach. They saw a consistent gap in the industry: most valet trash providers do not handle bulk item removal, leaving property teams to manage furniture, mattresses, and large debris on their own.

B.I.G. Dumpster Valet was created to solve that problem.

Our core valet trash service includes weekly bulk item collection and common-area trash can service with bags provided. Because of our background in junk removal and roll-off dumpsters, we have the equipment, experience, and processes in place to handle bulk items properly instead of pushing that responsibility back onto on-site teams.

B.I.G. stands for Brooke, Isaac, and Gavin, and this company is very much a family operation. Brooke left her corporate career to help build the business alongside Isaac, and their son Gavin is a constant reminder of why the company focuses on doing things the right way, building something lasting, and standing behind its work.

Today, B.I.G. Dumpster Valet works with apartment communities to provide reliable, consistent valet trash service that reduces complaints, improves cleanliness, and makes life easier for property teams. The company is local, veteran-owned, and directly involved in the communities it serves.
